Take a step to mental wellness

About me…

Dr. Erin Shumlich, psychologist, based in Calgary, provides therapy to individuals residing in Alberta.

I am a registered psychologist and offer assessment and therapy. I have over 10 years of mental health experience and provide evidence-based treatment for adults with a broad range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, and interpersonal difficulties.

In addition to general mental health expertise, I also specialize in health psychology. This means that I work with individuals to address the mental health concerns that often come with chronic disease (e.g., diabetes, cardiovascular complications, chronic pain).
